Basic Policy

Universal Engeisha Co., ltd. declares to disclose corporate information, which is necessary for shareholders, promptly and properly under fair corporate management.

Disclosure Standard

The Company conducts disclosure activities based on the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and rules concerning timely disclosure of corporate information by issuers of listed securities. Also, the disclosure of information, either positive or negative, are made when the Company considers that such information could affect the investment decisions of shareholders and other investors.

Methods of Disclosure

The Company discloses information promptly and properly on Timely Disclosure network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Also, other information will be released fairly and promptly when it is necessary.

Silent Period

The Company has set up a silent period before the announcement of its financial result in order to prevent the leakage of its financial statement. During the silent period, the company refrains from answering questions or making other comments pertaining to its financial results. However, when the Company determines that its latest projections for the financial results will differ from the earlier projections and has to revise them, the Company will promptly announce the revised projections.
